Down the steps
And there are new friends
Just passing by......
And leaves of a different colour
Tiny wrought iron balconies
An even tinier guardian of the street, dressed in his regal best
Round the corner
A blaze of colour
The most beautiful shutters
And then turn back
Tomorrow is another day.
